At TemperCyber Technologies, our mission is to protect and empower the organizations that serve our communities. We partner with government agencies, educational institutions, and other public organizations to deliver world-class cybersecurity-as-a-service, virtual leadership, compliance solutions, and tailored training. Founded by professionals with deep roots in local government, nonprofit, and higher education, we understand the unique challenges of the public sector. Our commitment is to provide the best expertise and technology so that those who serve can do so with confidence, resilience, and vision.
Leadership Team
Marc has worked in local government Information Technology for over twenty years at three municipalities. During this time, Marc led transformative projects including network monitoring, forensic analysis, and incident response.
Most recently, Marc has been at Northern Illinois University as part of the Regional Technology Services Department. At NIU, Marc operationally managed the Illinois Fiber Resources Group NFP fiber optic network across the northern part of Illinois connecting over 300 public organizations, nonprofits, and hospitals. This network is one of the first open access networks in the State of Illinois. In addition, Regional Technology Services resold Internet services to public organizations through the iFiber network. This disruptive project helped spark broadband investment in rural in and exurb communities.
Marc has been a speaker for groups including GMIS International, GMIS Illinois, Illinois Government Finance Officers Association, Illinois Parks and Recreation Association, Illinois CPA Society, and others on topics such as Risk Management, Incident Response, Artificial Intelligence, Shared Services in Government, and many more technology-related topics.
For the past 8 years, Marc has been an adjunct instructor in the Northern Illinois University Master of Public Administration program. He has a Master of Business Administration from Northern Illinois University and a Bachelor of Science in Management from National Louis University.
Marc is a husband to Suzanne, and a father to two boys – Dominic and Benjamin. When he is not in the office, he enjoys attending his boys’ sports events (Lacrosse and Soccer). He is also very passionate about music and plays drums for a cover band called Blame Wilson.

Todd is an entrepreneur, best selling author, technology evangelist, and cybersecurity professional with almost 30 years of professional experience. He has worked with clients in various private and public sectors in industries including healthcare, finance, government, education, construction, services, and retail. As CTO and CISO of TemperCyber Technologies, Todd currently leads a team of professionals that provide cybersecurity and technology services to public organizations. He has held roles in various organizations in many industries, from Help Desk technician to CIO/CTO. His current professional passion is to help keep his friends, family, and clients from being the next victim of a cybercrime. He is willing to come to any local trade organization, Chamber of Commerce, local business, church, or senior center to discuss ways that people and businesses can protect themselves in this new era of cybercrime.
When not helping others with cybersecurity, technology, and risk mitigation, Todd is proud to serve on the Board of Directors for CADC (communityadultdaycenter.org) that provides stimulation of the mind, body, and spirit for those with dementia and Alzheimer’s, charity work as an active Freemason, plays guitar and manages the local rock cover band “Forget Hannah” (forgethannah.com), has an admitted car addiction, and spends time with his family, including his wonderful wife Nancy and children Jenny and Alex!
